SMEV
The growing environmental concern and carbon emissions have catalyzed the growth of Electric Vehicles globally. In India, Electric Vehicles are already making a mark in transportation sector. In order to take the Indian EV Industry to newer heights, the Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles (SMEV) was formed in 2008 to provide a common platform for promotion, development and advancement of the interests of the EV Manufacturers and key stakeholders contributing to the category in India.
